Core Health: Being in Sync with my Inner Self

July 16, 2010

Being in Sync…

One of the most…

rewarding aspects of learning Core Health – for me – has been learning how to catch myself early, when I am out of alignment.

You know what I mean…

When the quiet inside feels a but ‘noisy’ and a sense of confusion sets in. Fact is, I’ve gotten used to inner quiet and balance. This is my newly found – and implemented – default. That’s what happens as the Core Health protocol cleans out the junk in energy body and the emotional body.

What makes this experience  most valuable to me is when something is out of alignment, it is easy to identify it, by contrast. In the past, there was often so much inner noise that a little more really didn’t make a difference.

Now it does…

It stands out and internally and my inner voice says to me,

“Something needs attention. Get to it.”

No rebuke, no criticism, just a message.

And this instruction does not come from a nagging voice in my head, it’s more of a gentle notation. The message bubbles up from an inner voice, lovingly and with compassion.

Just a gentle reminder to make an adjustment – a minor course correction – in the internal GPS system.

Once I consciously connect to this message, it continues to remind me until I make that adjustment – gently – like a non intrusive snooze alarm.

Anyway, I love this mechanism – this newly re-discovered internal guidance system.

It helps me stay on track and the more I use it, the better I get at it.

Aligning and synchronizing the inner and the outer is such a fulfilling way to do things and provides a much better use of energy than the former method of managing confusion and coping with chaos.

Have a fabulous day, I will. I know who I AM.

I AM Michael Barrett and I AM a Core Health Facilitator.
