I was doing some web work this weekend and noticed these two different pictures of myself and what I noticed kind of surprised me. So I thought I would share them with you to make a point about Core Health and the self development work that I have been focused on for 5 years.

Looking back, it’s interesting to note (July 2011) that when this picture was taken in Seattle in 2006, I have changed so much since that time.

Take a look at this picture (on the right) with the green background. This was taken in February of 2006.

In contrast, the second picture (on the left) was taken in Florida in 2009 right before completing the certification process as a Core Health Facilitator.

Look closely and see if you can see a visual difference in the eyes. Looking at the left eye in the 2006 picture, that is what we refer to in Core Health as a down flame.

The left eye in the picture from 2009 does not have a down flame. So it looks to me like the stuff I am teaching works, even for me.

In retrospect, not only is the visual difference striking, I can feel the energy difference between the 2006 Michael and the 2009 Michael.
